2016 - HARMFUL ANNEXES

The Republika Srpska Government signed three annexes to the contract with the company “Comsar Energy” in which it committed itself to numerous concessions to this company. Among other things, the Government delayed the implementation of European regulations that could harm the concessionaire, and gave approval to register the right of ownership of real estate.
